Modern Football Card price needed

Can any one of you all help me out here??

I need book price for a 1999 Leaf Certified Joe Montana Grid Iron Gear multi colored patch. The patch is 2 colors -- not a solid color with a stripe.

TextEdited to add the card number -- JM9-HC

Additionally, what value woud you place on it in a PSA 9 holder?

Please save the crap about jersey cards etc.

    Only price guide I have it's listed at: $100.00 with the Multi-Colored Swatches at 1.5x

    Thanks ... how recent is your guide? Any idea as to any premium for a PSA 9? I have run into an issue and need to know a realistic dollar value.
