Should a closed set be allowed into the PSE registry Hall of Fame?

I don't think so. No one can view the stamps so what is the point? If a requirement for HOF was having your top ranked set open for viewing we might have a much more interesting registry.

Keep in mind I'm only talking about getting into the HOF. Top ranked sets, closed or open, should still get the year designation and PSE certificate.

    I say all stamps in all of the PSE Registry should have pictures. If someone can't or doesn't know how then PSE should offer to do it.
