I took traditional Hap-Ki-Do for 5 yrs the best thing I ever did, only got to red belt but it truly taught me alot. hap-Ki-do is a form of self defense brought to Korea by Choi-Yong-sul basically a form of Aiki-jujutsu from Japan. Lots of joint locks and throws. And if I have my way I would love to get back into it.
    This is where I went...........Hapkido
  • I trained in Kempo karate in the 80s and early 90s and then jujitsu and just this past year I have gotten into maui tai - however being 43 years old my reflex and recovery time is quite a hinder as I am training/fighting 20 years old

I love Maui tai, it involves elbows and knees as a primary attack weapon and therefore the cardio workout is so friggin intense

  • I didnt personally train, but a good friend of mine is a Capoeira instructor. That is cool to watch!!!

If anyone is watching the UFC fights on Spike TV tonight, one of my buddies is fighting tonight. THat doesnt mean he will for sure be on TV but look out for Jeremy Stephens if he does make the broadcast.
