I'm sure that is just a typo, but a 1970 half is clad, not silver. I'm assuming you have all 1965-1969 though.

All 1970's are 40% silver but they weren't released except in mint and proof sets so you usually don't find them.

OOps.....Sorry for my ignorance. I was under the impression that 1969 was the last year of 40%, mainly because when I first read about it it was on APMEX's website, which says 1965-1969 were 40%, and after that it is clad. Makes me feel stupid because I remember finding numerous 1970's and thinking "darn, one year off" and turning them all back in. Live and learn I guess.

Anyways, another bump!

The 70D was the only half dollar in 1970 and because it only came in mint sets was always worth more than the silver value, as a collectors coin.
