Can anyone put a date on these?

bummer,was hoping they was the old metal ones they modeled these after that someone redone

You can still buy a type of them in hobby stores such as AC Moore or Michaels in the cake decorating section.
Now they usually have only the yellow and red colors along with the flesh tones.
Pretty generic, so no markings on them

Can anyone put a date on these?
