1983 Tony Gwynn mystery card?

I am looking for someone to help me out! I am collecting Tony Gwynn cards and I see there is a card Beckett lists as a 1983 "Team Issue" card. Could anyone tell me anything else about this card? I can't find the card or any info about it anywhere!

They're a thin 5x7 card, if I remember right they're black and white. I think they have the padres logo in the bottom left and it says padres in the bottom right. Big border on the bottom.

I haven't seen one in a while. I think they were available at the stadium.

I did check the gwynn master set and it's not listed, possibly there are none graded yet. Not sure if psa grades them. You don't see that many 5x7 psa cards.
