Canada 1923 CENT 63Brown

Any thoughts as to what a 1923 cent 63 brown should fetch these days? I know it is tough UNC, but it seems the value has a wide range. Is 400-600 too low or too high?

I paid $517 (with the juice) for the one in the last Heritage auction. Nice score!
