Locked out of population report?

Do I need to contact someone? I'm a member in good standing (so to speak) but when I tried to access the pop report this morning, it told me I'm not signed up for that service. Did something change while I slept? It did list my credit card as expiring January 2008, which is not the case and never has been.

I just tried and was able to log in. Make sure your username/password are correct. If so, a call to customer service seems to be your best option.

Did your membership expire? Mine did a few weeks ago and I can't get in anymore

What happens when you clik on the lil link that tells you how much longer you have left in your subscription?

Same thing happened to me the day AFTER my membership expired. I bet that is it.
