Some thoughts and a special thanks

While I have not paid attention to such matters as the number of posts I have made or anyone else for that matter,
I do recognize that as collectors, we should consider ourselves fortunate that this form exists. This will be post number 10000 for me. I believe a special thanks to those at Collectors Universe and PCGS is in order for making this forum possible as well as for their efforts at being very reasonable hosts.

Collecting World Coins, in my view, really represents an amazing challenge as well as the opportunity to learn about a wide range of topics ranging from history, culture and design. Further, there are very attractive World Coins that are truly affordable... not everything is expensive nor do all series that one chooses to undertake have to be done seriously.

I have enjoyed the journey so far and I plan to continue because the best is yet to come...

Best wishes in connection with assemblying the coins that make this the hobby that it is.

A very well spoken (typed) 10K post! May you continue with many more such noteworthy events as you continue onward to 20K, 30K and beyond! Of the many contributions you have posted in the first 10K I am sad to say I have only read a few... But I appreciate all that I have read!

    Thanks for being here...
