I wonder about the 71s racks, the 75s from first glance look ok.

I sent this to them. I live in the Charlotte area. Is there a way I can view your two unopened lots in person? I will let you know if they respond.

Nascar360: I live in the Charlotte area. Is there a way I can view your two unopened lots in person?

Reply: I don't have a problem with that--only issue is I'm on travel now and these likely will not even ship from charlotte.
    Are you able to travel?

Nascar360: I can't view these today. I was hoping that I could stop by Saturday and view these. It sounds like you will not be in town Saturday. These are some incredible packs. Where did you find these? They look like they just came from Topps!

Reply: I'm actually in fl for the next 2 weeks which is why I asked if you could travel--they may ship from here--alot look that nice--the 59 cello has the split and the 55 wax show some wear other than that
  • No Paypal = no bid for me
  • "This will be a private auction so that you can bid in peace on your possible new collection without getting emails from anyone saying they
have the same type item for sale."

    Haha

Darn scammers! What do they do - reseal racks or make their own?

Seems like he has bought several unopened vintage items on ebay recently.

He does have one neg a few pages back that claims he reseals packs though
IT IS ALWAYS CHEAPER TO NOT SELL ON EBAY

private auctions for unopened material should be the only warning one needs if you aren't in the habit of frequenting the wax collecting discusssion groups around and finding out who the questionable sellers are.

No scans, private auction, no paypal, no chance of a live viewing, and previous feedback of resealing, yet they are up to $4,000 combined. Somebody is going to take a bath. image
