    If you took 100 10's and sent them back raw I would think you would be dissapointed with the grades.


    You may upgrade a few, many would stay the same and a few may even drop down to 8.


    Now if you send them in for a review asking for them to be reviewed as to which ones would be able to bump up to 10 I still think you will be dissapointed. You may get a few to bump.


    This is all speculation on my part as I have never done this. I have read what others have done and that is only how I can offer my opinion.

    Ahhhhh so consistancy....we really dont have any...ugh! On that note, I have quite a few 8's and 9's for sale if anyone is interested. An assortment of cards from 82 through 06 (I'd be happy to send or post a list too and I have some already on ebay) My user name is ZEKEMAMA
