What set is this card from?

Saw this Payton card on the 2007 Topps Football sell sheet. Was it part of a sub set, insert set or what? While Payton would be out of the question for TTM, the design looks good for TTM!

I collect Seattle Pilots autographs, 1969 Topps autographs, Signed Mickey Mantle Home Run History cards and have a JC Martin collection (he was my college Baseball coach)

    I think from the weekly flashback 5 card pack each week.
    Running an Ebay store sure takes a lot more time than a person would think!

    Looks like a Heritage card but I don't see him listed as one of the subjects. Could be one of those freebies too.

    Did a check on BEckett Collections and Product search and could not find anything for 2007 Payton that resembled this card....
