PSA grading

I'm looking for a few 1967 BB and came across this #3 Sims PSA 8. Opinions on whether this card should have a O/C qualifier. Ebay# 280191303043. There is another 8 up for auction with the O/C qualifier that looks better to me. Sorry no link but I know you guys will help. Thanks. Looking for 1967's 3, 392, 461 and variations 252(White streak), 374(Missing line), 454(no ear), for raw set NM- NM-MT. Thanks.

Looks like it is within PSA standards of a PSA 8...centering wise...can't really see the rest of the card.
