Most teams thought this guys value was 100ish games and less than 3 mil a year. The Jays were the only team to pay what he wanted (I believe he got 4.5 mil for one year). This signing still makes me shake my head, I realize he's better than McDonald offensively, but Johnny-Mac's the best defensive SS in all of BB right now.
