Someone said on a previous thread regarding MJ Roop boxes that these are essentially the same as what MJ Roop was offering. I plan on ordering a few myself soon once my PSA boxes runeth over.

I don't have a mj roop box..but I know the originals were made of wood..not the cardboard shown here.
I believe someone was selling similar boxes that were HD cardboard on ebay a few months ago...maybe they still have some.

Here is the company that made wood versions for Roop
    Wooden Archiver Boxes

There was someone that put together a big order of these a few months ago, since they have a minimum. Might be worth trying again if you're really looking for them.
Archival Methods was Roops source for cardboard boxes and the slipcase/binder sets they sold.

Always looking for Topps Salesman Samples, pre '51 unopened packs, E90-2, E91a, N690 Kalamazoo Bats, and T204 Square Frame Ramly's

Here's the thread where Hitking put together a group order. I recieved 3 of them and they were exactly the same as the ones I had received from Roop,

  • Best Bet is to E-Mail Wendy O 'Brien

    wobrien@ptfreund.com

She can help you , also they told me We are about a month away from having a direct online outlet for these items and expect to be better suited for individual sales at that time as well.

They do have Tall Boys $ 12.99 + shipping

Does anyone have a picture of an actual Roop box? The PT Freund website from the link above doesn't have a picture worth looking at.

    Thanks,
