1986 Topps -- 2 #57 cards??

I have just ripped 2 rack pack boxes of '86 Topps. Can anyone tell me why there are 2 #57 cards? There is a 57 of Braves manager Bobby Wine and another of #57 Bill Doran.

Bobby Wine should have been #51. It was never corrected though, so no additional value.

There was also another card with duplicate numbers, but I can't remember which one it is.

I think that it was card #68....they never got to 69, but it came with a voucher which stated that "they owed you one" or something to that effect.

The other numbering error was 141 Chuck Cottier (correct) and 141 Bob Rodgers (should be #171)
