1770 1/2d MS64 BN PL. Thanks to Mark it finally has decent pics.

This coin has proven to be the bane of my existence with respect to capturing it.
As a prooflike copper, it's just been horrendous. None of the pictures or angles I've
been able to take (and even the first two sets that Mark took) really showcased the
allure of the coin, the "liquid" prooflike aspects of the coin. It's been tough to try to
convey in words what the coin looks like and refer to existing pics as "yeah, but it
also has these liquid mirrors that..."
These straight shots Mark first sent me show the detail of the coin, but don't really
show the PL surfaces or the color.

I asked him if he could capture what the coin looks like when you cartwheel it in
your hand and look at it from an angle. I didn't know if it would be possible.
Well, he came through bigtime! The shot below really shows the prooflike
surfaces and liquidity of the mirrors of the coin.
The difference between the pictures above and below is striking; it shows you
what lighting and angles can do to change a picture. The color in the pictures
below is more accurate than above. This picture pretty much nails the coin!
The man is a miracle worker!
