New Card Request Question..

I've used this option to request card additions to player registries a couple of times without ever seeing my request granted. I know that they state up to 12 weeks response time, but do they respond even if they don't grant your request?
There are two types of people in this world; those who like Neil Diamond, and those who don't. My ex-wife loves him!!

I just requested a set last Saturday and I now see it listed at the bottom of the pile on the set registry request page. Did you look there? What set did you request? I wonder how long it takes from making it to this list to when you can actually see it in the registry?

did you use the link that is attached to your set for new additions? It does take them quite awhile. I have had requests "lost" though as well. Just request it again. Make sure you save the email that is sent back to you as confrimation that the request was submitted.

I have about 10 requests from mid-October that have yet to be addressed. I resubmitted them two weeks ago thinking they might have lost my requests and they emailed me that they were still on September requests.....

They did know about the 20 or so that I've sent in the last couple months so I don't think they are going to miss any...just takes forever....

You usually do get an e-mail response from PSA when you request a card be added to a set registry . . . I think it might even be an automated function on their part so I'd check your junk mail box. Maybe it was filtered?

BTW, the e-mail usually comes from "setregistry@collectors.com."
