December's MD Forum polls are up. Ajaan's leading in one category, and doesn't even know it!

Metal Detecting Forum

The Best US Coin category is hot this month, with some nice coins found.

The Non-US category was flat- Riccar won by default, with his 1958 Canadian cent being the only coin entered. So much for dug Darkside this month. Oh, well. I'll just have to go out and dig some King George coppers or reales to jazz things up, huh?

We have a gold-versus-platinum showdown in the Jewelry category, and the Relic category only got two entries.

The Wildcard category (for best find made without a metal detector) includes some interesting circulation coin finds as usual, but none of the wacky oddball items that usually get entered. It's in this category that our Shroomdude leads, with the 1893 Liberty nickel found in an old piano that he mentioned, which turned in the course of their recent moving.

See, Shroomdude? You don't even hang out on the MD Forum, but you're in the lead on one of the polls! image
