Just an update for whoever is interested. Interview

The interview is a good one; either Nick is getting better at interviews or the interviewers are getting better.
The numbers quoted are current only to early December and you could probably double them now. Within the last week "Colonel Sweeto" has shot back into Amazon's top #100 sales rankings, post- new year (which is very encouraging as it suggests word-of-mouth), after maintaining an up and down #80's to #1000 status since early spring, months before it's eventual November release. Nick's book was also selected as #2 in Amazon's "10 Best Books of the Year" in his genre.
Looks like it might have continued legs... in part due to strong world-wide sales, especially in Canada, Europe, and the UK (where he is published weekly in The Guardian).
There's an upcoming Playboy interview and a major Chicago newspaper interview (Sun-Times?) which should inject continued bounce.
