Maybe my best find ever
I recently purchased a Sporting News M101-2 large card. It is 7 3/4" x 9 3/4" and it is really good shape. I called PSA and they weren't able to slab this issue. I want to get this slabbed if at all possible by one of 4. Has anybody delt with these people in the past????
Ohh yeah, it's Eddie Plank!!!!

Lots of the vintage folks over at net54 seem to think that SGC is the one to use for prewar and I would agree. If they have a holder for that I would send it there.
Here's a link, ask them if they have a holder for it?
SGC
I'll probably post this on NET54 soon. Sometimes the guys on this board have really good and creative ideas.

SGC does not grade them either, too big.
Also, for what it's worth, the issue was originally 8" x 10". Your card may have been trimmed subsequently, although that does not subtract from its very cool eye appeal.
I'm glad you are so happy with it. The image is phenomenal.

I love the M101-2's. They are really classic images.
Never seen one in a slab though...
That is a nice M101-2. There isn't much use in getting them authenticated for grading. However, if you are concerned about authenticity - there are people that can date it for you. If you want to PM where you live, I'll be glad to help you find someone. That being said - i wouldn't bother. While it's impossible to authenticate something from an image - these have not been reprinted and yours looks like every other one I've seen. That being said - it might be a bit short. I think these are "supposed" to be closer to the 8x10 range.
As for the issue itself - these are magazine supplements and somewhat unusual in their popularity (most supplements like them are not nearly as prevalent). They were the second major supplement issued by TSN and were offered as a promotion to subscribers (I hope in 100 years those SI Sweatshirts I always seem to get will be as valuable!)
