He engages in retaliatory feedback in order to force withdawals and phoney up his percentage.

I won't knock him. The last time I questioned a seller on ebay I got a response like this :

    Dear twosides2acoin,

Here is what I am in the process of doing. I have my attorney drawing up a lawsuit against all the people on the chat boards that post their opinion about me if he deems it slanderous in any way. As you have admitted being part of it I will make sure you are included in the suit.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion, but they are not entitled to post an untruth on the net.

The coin business is in shambles as far as rules and regulations go. The ANA is suing their own board members, instead of setting up national rules. The vast majority of dealers who belong to the ANA are crooks. They clean coins and they knock the other grading companies. The good old boy network is dead. There are hundreds of grading companies and soon to be thousands old grading companies.

People like you want things to stay the same because you were part of the monopoly but my friend the box has been opened and it will never be closed. I honestly look forward to the suit, you think I am just bluffing but I am not.

There are rules of harassment at eBay if you contact me again I will do my best to get you suspended. Enough said By the way I don't care what you think or PCGS thinks

  • I went to toolhaus & read all the feedback there
totally amazing anyone bids on his stuff
  • Coinmadz is a real dirtbag. He sells his own overgraded coins, then threatens to sue anyone who leaves him negative feedback or says anything bad about him.
I'd really love to see if he follows through on his threats. image

Just threaten a lawsuit back, only make it a class action with all of the people that have been ripped off by people selling junk in Third worlders.

My former employer was/is a regular supplier of raw coins to this self slabber. Anyone care to guess as to why I no longer am employed by the former?imageimage

This is a seller who is not joyously looking forward to the feedback policy change.

You guys really need to read the feedback he's left:

One thing I've noticed is that all of his auctions are private.

    Reputable my ass!

Look at all those lawyer fee's, sue, sue, sue.

Is it possible he is a bottom feeding lawyer, selling melt Morgans in a fancy slab?

  • He has had more negatives since jan 19th than I have had in 6 yrs on ebay
Maybe a cable network could do a reality show on this dealer
I would like to be a fly on the wall when he's having dinner with his wife & the conversation goes something like this
He's telling the little lady, "honey I don't understand it"
    I got another negative today
I grade & slab the coins myself
just to make double sure the coins are properly graded
    As I don't trust the Big # TPG's
    What do they know?
What is wrong with todays coin buyers?
    Are they Krazy?
I sell the finest coins in the world at well below market prices & they still complain
Is everyone on drugs these days?
& the Wife Retorts....... Honey, what are U going to do when U can't leave any negatives?
At this point his brain turns to jelly at the thought of not being able to leave retaliatory negatives
  • maybe this is the poster child

    for eBay's no feedback rules

look at how many potential buyers will no longer buy from others
  • Recently bid 16.00 for a franklin cameo half. Item sold for 50.00 with about 20 bids above me. The next day I get a second chance offer. Do you think this guy is also boosting his bids?

He recently left very nasty feedback for Mark Feld, that included Mark's wife's name in the comment.

Make that 52 ratings withdrawn. That's another ten mutual withdrawals in about ten weeks...

Yep, beginning in May his feedback is going in the toilet.

Yep, these are the kind of crap sellers that I think were being targeted by the feedback changes. Some good sellers will get slimed by it as well, but overall the cream will still rise to the top.

My dad (a non-collector) but me a Morgan Dollar for Christmas from this guy. I didn't know who he bought it from, but I got the coin in a gold box and that cheezy red bag. It's a 21 in "MS66," more like harshy cleaned AU, but it's from my dad, so I dig it anyway. Either way, Coinmadz is definitely a crook. Especially with those lawsuits, LMAO!!
