UNA and the... EAGLE?

We've all heard of "Una and the Lion", right?
Well, what about "UNA and the EAGLE"?
Designer Daniel Carr, our own "dcarr" of numismatic fame and infamy, has created another UNA entirely.
UNA, as in "Union of North America"- another fantasy "Amero" pattern in gold. I must say, I rather like the design on this one.

<< <i>The face does indeed look a bit flat, but don't forget you're lookin' at a digital mockup rather than the actual coin. It would be interesting to see one of these in hand. >>
digital mockup?
have you ever seen one of his coins in hand? from the 3 ive had in-hand they're EXACTLY as the digital "mockups" appear, I assume he designs on his computer program and just sends this designs to the actual producer... that's one criticism of his personal productions that appear most valid, incredibly CG and not at all a sculpture.
personally, I dont care for the wings growing out of liberty's head. and the hoop earring is a bit odd imho.

No, I haven't. And I agree that the CG aspect of the designs lacks flair when compared to more traditionally-engraved stuff (it all seems to be pretty low-relief, for one thing).
However, this IS the 21st century, and I'm sure CG is here to stay, for better and for worse. Comparing this to his other CG designs (apples to apples and oranges to oranges), I have to say I like it more than the other Amero patterns.
I'd still rather have Una and the Lion from Victoria's reign, naturally.

Yes, I design them on the computer. But I use a 3-D digital sculpting program that I wrote myself. Instead of pushing physical clay around with my fingers and scraping away at plaster, I push digital clay around with my mouse and scrape away with digital chisels.
I do ALL the die engraving myself.
PS: I can make the relief to any height I want. Here is the same thing in extremely high relief (copper this time):
And here is the 3D tilted view:

<< <i>I definetly couldn't do it so my hat is off to you.... However, have you thought about trying to make a coin to have the same type of effects that the coins form the 1800's have.... Sorta rustic feeling?? That would be sweet.

I could certainly do that. Imperfections are actually very easy to sculpt with my system. I try not to have imperfections, though.
Here is one that may be close to the kind of look you are talking about:
