    Wink - Here's the link "1962 Topps PSA-9 set"

If this claim is true, the seller should submit them and make many many multiples of the asking price.

Another ebay mutt making outlandish claims on the quality of his cards. All are PSA 9?

He may think so, but I highly doubt it.

    Steve
    Good for you.
  • Probably worth it if it is the "best set in world"
  • Thinking about bidding, dont really have time to travel the world to find a better condition set.
  • Just sent him a question and all I said was....
"SPAM SPAM SPAM SPAM SPAM SPAM SPAM SPAM SPAM SPAM SPAM SPAM SPAM..." You get the picture!

Every card in his picture is OC except maybe the Koufax.
Currently completing the following registry sets: Cardinal HOF's, 1961 Pittsburgh Pirates Team, 1972 Pittsburgh Pirates Team, 1980 Pittsburgh Pirates Team, Bill Mazeroski Master & Basic Sets, Roberto Clemente Master & Basic Sets, Willie Stargell Master & Basic Sets and Terry Bradshaw Basic Set
  • He also has a 1960 Carl Yastrazemski that he has labeled as a PSA 9 on sale. Maybe he just needs some reading glasses.

You are bidding on a complete 1962 Topps set. All my cards are PSA 9 as they have all been stored properly for 30+ years until recentley being inherited. You will not find better condition 1962 Topps baseball cards anywhere in the world.

Please ask for any more or better quality scans, I will be happy to send them to you.

    Good Luck Bidding :-)

On Jan-05-08 at 13:08:59 PST, seller added the following information:

I will still honor this auction and the highest bidder, however, i do not feel like answering any questions as I've realized how much more I could get for these cards through auction houses such as memory lane. Only highest bidder will see further scans. Sorry. Thanks

On Jan-05-08 at 13:23:37 PST, seller added the following information:

Obviously these cards have not been graded, however, a professional representative of a major auction house has told me they are mint and should be mailed to psa for their psa 9 grading. I'm not trying to fool anyone, however, if they were graded you could be paying as much as $1000 per card,

if your still interested send me your email address and I will give you detailed scans of these psa 9 quality cards.

What we call BS where I come from.

    Good for you.
  • After looking at the new scans maybe he just means 9oc.

    Auction ended with no bids.......
  • So my question is: What would everyone have paid for this auction IF the seller didn't mention PSA ? Although the pic's were awful, some of the cards looked good. In the end this guy butchered any chance to sell that set. What a fool.............

Well considering he has 0 feedback, I'd pay $0. The last time I bought from a seller with low feedback was several years ago and I got burned. Never again will I make that mistake, I don't care what the are selling or what the price is.

That being said, I'll stick with Steve's '62 set as being the nicest in the world.
