Carol or Joe: A question for the new bulk submissions

The simplicity of the revised costing for bulk submissions is greatly appreciated, but my concern is this: Doesn't PSA have specialists; i.e. modern, vintage, 19th century, N & T non-sports etc.? If this is so, will a submission that includes 1960s Topps commons along with some 19th century non-sports cards be graded by the same grader?
