Dear PSA Customer,
As a valued PSA customer, we would like to thank you for your continued support as PSA enters its 17th year as the leading authentication and grading service in the industry. We are very excited about 2008 and look forward to unveiling some exciting new services as the year progresses.
Starting January 14, 2008, new pricing for PSA submissions will go into effect. Linked, please find a detailed breakdown of PSA’s List of Services. This year, there are several changes on the form so please make note of them. While we have raised submission fees on our higher-end services, we have also raised the maximum value allowed within certain services. This should help you save money on many cards. As a reminder, please remember that the service fees are based upon the declared values of the cards.
In addition to the pricing changes and modifications to the declared value rules on the form, the most noteworthy change occurred in the bulk services category. By popular demand and in hopes of making it easier to submit your cards, we have simplified the bulk submission rules. You will no longer be required to separate cards from different eras that are eligible for bulk services.
Now, for all bulk submissions you can combine cards from all different eras as long as each card is valued at $100 or less. As an additional benefit to you, we raised the maximum declared value from $75 to $100 per card. While tall boys, pins and coins still need to be separated from standard sized card orders, they too are eligible under the bulk program. It is based entirely on declared value and volume (please see the List of Services for the breakdown). We are hopeful that this change will simplify the submission process for you and help limit the number of separate orders, which require separate shipping.
