Link to 1862 UK Penny Auctions
Looks like a single one may go for a few bucks at best.... Depends on the grade really.

Maybe worth 50¢.
Or more.
Depends. (Not the kind Gramma wears)
There's a couple rare varieties of the 1862 Penny.
Can you post a good picture of YOUR coin. Both sides.
I may be able to attribute it for you.

The 6/G var. being the most common lists at approx. $4 (Fine), $20 (VF), $120 (EF), and $500 (Unc) in Spink (2007).
Post an image, and we can narrow down the true value.....at least approximate it anyway.
Oh yeah, if it's an original cherry red unc. with blazing, blinding full lustre, and no spotting or staining, send me a PM.

There are a number of varieties - some are worth quite a lot. If you post a clear picture we may be able to ID the die pairing.

I won't be able to attribute the die pairing unless the pictures are larger and in better focus. Sorry.
