I have liked Idaho and Washinton's designs best so far- Utah is cool too. I think the later states have learned from some of the ugly/cluttered designs of the earlier states. Why Louisiana didn't stick with a single Pelican design is till beyond me. (Or maybe a reverse with a politician reaching for $100,000 cash in his freezer.)

But the condition has been terrible. I've been through 1 P and 2 D rolls and I don't think I saw a single 67. Where I'd usually find at least one good candidate.

A nice overall design... But I think the quality of these are average, just picked up my "D" rolls from a bank last week.
