Spreadsheet to share?

Some forum members discussed use of a Excel speadsheet to track their inventory in another thread. I have have been using this method myself for the last few years and it seems to work the best. I would like to expand its' functions to include ROI and other pertinent information. I know it takes a little time to create a nice speadsheet and was wondering if any fellow forum members would be willing to share their creation ? Maybe a nice coin gift for your generosity would be in order.

Thanks in advance,

Randy

If you already have a spreadsheet adding in a few more columns for ROI, % return etc, should be easy as setting up one cell and dragging the cell to the others in the column.

I agree...it's pretty easy to add a few more columns and include ROI and ect.

I'm sure some knowledgeable excel users have created some elaborate spreadsheets that send info to supporting pages which detail other specifics, or maybe not.

Here's how I have mine set up.

In the set I want to start, I have a line for every coin I plan to obtain.
First Column: Blank, -, or X. Blank means I don't have it, - means I bought/won it, and X means it's in my possession. On some spreadhseets I also use other symbols for storage location, such as B for Bank (safety deposit box).
    Second Column: Date & MM
Third Column: Ultimate Goal Grade - the grade I'd eventually like to own.
Fourth Column: Itermediate Goal Grade - a grade I will seek out for now
    Fifth Column: Actual Grade
    Sixth Column: Guide Price
    Seventh Col: Price Paid
    Eight Col: Profit/Loss
Ninth Column: Notes about auction histories, mostly what I see coins selling for on Ebay, etc.

I also use color codes. I highlight yellow coins that are next in my priority list.
I highlight orange coins that need to be upgraded.
I highlight green if I exceed a goal grade.

I also have places and codes for notes such as OGH, VAM, resubmit candidate, etc.
