Commemorative Reference Material

I'm looking for a book on early commemoratives. I'd specifically like a history on the coin, mintages, some kind of price guide, and of course good pictures.

Any recommendations would be appreciated.

I picked that one up free at their table at a show several years ago. Not bad, but it is limited to a date-by-date analysis of what to expect when looking for one and recommendations for collectors and investors. Supplement to one of the others.
