sending items from Ebay store to online auction- $.20 vs $.40

I was attempting to send some items from my Ebay store to the online auctions. When I use the my ebay functions, which allows you to check a box to send several items at once, to online auction the price is $.40. However, if I do each item separate it is is $.20. Anyone know why the price difference.
Running an Ebay store sure takes a lot more time than a person would think!

    Ive had they same problem trying to relist unsold auctions in bulk.
    It adds $.35 gallery automatically(box not checked).
    List each one seperate,$.20.
    This is ebays way of making it you so you dont relist for credit.
    After hours on phone, they issued me a $10 credit and said nothing they can do.
    They make you jump through hoops to get the credit.
    Also, do NOT try relisting through turbo lister, they will NOT
    credit relisting fee if sells.
    EVERYONE needs to complain to maybe get changed.They told me never have had problem,go figure.

    That's rather time consuming then, but oh wells.!
