+10, +20 business days over the "estimated turnaround time" is not all that un-common for the World submissions. Out of curiosity, I sent two coins under the "World Express Special" service ($50/coin 5-day turnaround) which took 20 business days. What they need to do is hire more World graders, since their turnaround time is horrid comparing to the competition.
