2007 Eagle Mintage

Is it over for the year on the bullion coins?

Are there any new keys in the Gold, Platinum or SAE's?

    Yes, probably.

Maybe, but it is far too early to know for sure.

If I were a betting man, I'd keep at least one eyeball on the 2007-W Burnished Gold 1 ozer.

Depending on which mintage numbers for both 2006 and 2007 are correct, either the 2006-W or the 2007-W Burnished Platinum Uncs could be the keys. The consensus view is that the 2006-Ws will rule, but I don't believe that the final verdict is in quite yet.

The situation is similar for the 1/10th oz., 1/4 oz. and 1/2 oz. 2006-W and 2007-W Burnished Uncs.

All of the regular issue Plat Uncs are at their low water marks for their respective series, if you don't count the Burnished "W" issues.

Opinions regarding the 1/2 oz. Reverse Proof Platinum Anniversary Set range from having it as the Holy Grail to a bullion set that will be available for melt in a few months.

    It's basically, a free-for-all.image

I think NN had it pegged at 563,000 with a little * next to it. Then there is the ones sold in those presidential set thingees. Don't know a final number though.
