Commemorative Medals Of Connecticut Cities and Towns by Heath... does this exist?

I recently purchased a medal accompanied by an old notation: "Heath CT 106-3a".

After some searching (Harry Bass archive, eBay), I have found that Robert R. Heath did publish several "Commemorative Medals Of (ME, NH, MA, other?) Cities and Towns" reference books. Presumably, there is also a Connecticut version.

Can someone confirm that a CT version exists? Thanks!

Wow, that would be cool reading. Anyone know more about the contents of said publications?
