Extremely loyal eBay buyer, or something else?

This bidder was involved in a recent eBay auction that I eventually lost. His/her feedback is, uh, interesting -- 279 positives and 3 unique sellers. He/she has won a number of coins recently but a quick (and probably incomplete) look didn't turn up any that reappeared in the seller's listings.

There is an eBay bidder who has bought somewhere between 200 to 300 lots from me, who has received 661 positive feedback comments. His feedback rating is 19.
