    Challenger is the name of the trained Bald Eagle cared for by the non-profit American Eagle Foundation.

    At least one set and a few extra silver dollar coins.........Unless the mint is still stuck on product limitations.
  • In reference to the size comparison between the silver bald eagle coin and the gold one, it should be noted that weight of the precious metal does not determine the size of the coin. Take a look at the 1oz silver eagles compare them to the 1oz gold buffalo. They are both 1 oz coins, yet the silver coin is much larger. The reason is that gold is a very heavy and dense metal. The density of gold is almost like lead so a smaller amount would have a lot a weight. Silver is not as dense as gold, and as a result, the coins appear larger.
