Question. Where does the US Mint ship the Plat sets from?

I had to use my PO Box so they are coming via registered mail.

The last order I recieved was shipped via DHL. If you have a tracking number, try the DHL website. I thought it ironic that the U.S. Mint would use something other than the U.S.P.S.

Well.........Mine was shipped from Memphis to some sort of U.S. Mail sorting facillity where it was delivered to my house via US mail. I think anyway.

Mine say it was shipped 12/22 but when I click on the tracking link it says "There is no record of this item" on the USPS.com web site.
I have been charged for these coins. Has anyone seen this before?

if shipping to a PO box it goes registered and takes a week.

delivery to your house should be fedex.

sorry i cant tell you what is going on. this was my first buy from the mint. i bought mine 20minutse after they were made available, they charged me that day, and shipped it the 27th. i got it the 27th. sorry if i cant be of more help to you. i was worried i wouldnt get mine or not know if i would open it by mistake. i get alot coming in anymore and its tuff to keep up.

USPS has contracts with UPS, DHL, and FedEx I think

DHL could very well deliver it to your PO

that's what mine says. I'm not too concerned.

Just curious where they were coming from.

When it is shipping to a P.O. box, sometimes it takes a week for it to make it to the Post Office from its stated ship date ( I check the Postmarks). I have received Registered Mail from the Mint in as little as 3 days and as long as 3 weeks, you never know with Registered mail.

The Post Office maintains two tracking systems. (1) Public (2) Internal. Normally the public site will not show a Registered until it has been delivered. Mike

My coins are still a no show at the PO Box. Shipped almost 2 weeks ago now.

Mine shipped on the same day and I just got mine today.

I will be sending them to PCGS tomorrow. Hope they don't mind me ignoring the 5 coin minimum on this.
