Have you ever???

Bought a coin because you felt it was cool or just a great deal???
Only to realize that it quickly becomes your favorite coin???

The coin below has become that coin for me...
I look at it and think if this coin could talk oh the stories it would tell....

    That coin has certainly been around the block. I bet it could tell some amazing stories. I love the historical side of coin collecting and your coin is a perfect example of that. Looks nice and original too image

    Neat coin. Unusual to see such a low grade coin without damage or other problems.

    I bought this coin because I thought it was 'cool'. I know it isn't a US coin but it was made by a US soldier during WWI. The coin is a French 2 Francs. It looks like the soldier may have made it into a 'dogtag' or perhaps a medal for a loved one to wear. Don't really know but I find it interesting.
