In my opinion going by the scan NO. I see it more in the VF range, and not original looking. I agree with others it's a bit better date then some might think.
But I believe if you are looking for an "original looking" XF..... you can do better than this one. Just my worthless opinion.
agree. not a bad coin though but you can probably do better if
you are patient.
appears the original crust was removed long ago and a new crust
is starting to form over it all.
at least it is better then some of the coins i see with super shiny
high points and fields missing the crust.
i also agree with realone.
<< <i>My understanding is that when you see clean fields and dirt next to the devices it has been cleaned and the proof is that the dirt has been pushed away from the fields and pushed/left near the edges of the devices where they remain/collect. However it looks like it hasn't been dipped because then the entire coin for the most part would be clean and dirt not left by and around the devices.
Nothing wrong with such a coin, and old cleaning is probably the norm and crust is good. It isn't a high grade coin as noted by wear on the devices but a nice coin imho. If I have made any mistakes hopefully someone can correct me. >>
Perhaps someone made it a pocket piece for a short time, then she retoned? IMHO

Looks dull to me. I am not a CBH person so I am just going by type on whether I would get it or not....this most likely would be in the "no thank you" for us.
Lane mentioned he knows the coin/price/seller so it sounds like very little downside if you don't like it inhand though.
I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment
