First Strike Cutoff?????? Help

The cutoff date is today.. Do I just send the coins in since itt is postmarked today at post office, or do I send in mint box unopened? thx

    Not sure, I would call and ask or send them in the sealed box to be safe. PCGS says that they must be sent in BEFORE the cut-off date, so if the cut-off date is today, one would think they need to be in a sealed box to be eligible.
