Still adapting to the new camera, and I'm curious about any input on photography you have. These are natural light, because I haven't had the same success with my old lighting set up. On the way home today I got thinking about circular fluorescent light bulbs...

Try manual with about f4 or so.
I love the Canon's for macro. Did you do these handheld or use a tripod?

<< <i>Sorry I peeked at your EXIF. Nice shots. You might want to take a crack at shooting them in manual and setting your aperture about mid way. The published specs for the SD 1000 are f/2.8-4.9

Don't you just love that info they store in the photos? I'll try changing some of the settings around. Photos were handheld, but with an elbow resting on a stable surface.
Comments on photos are welcome.
/// Do you think the white balance problem is coming from the incandescent bulbs? Or perhaps because it's a rather old copy of Coin World? ///
