1798 Large Cent Raw

1798 S-165 Large Cent, raw, and it is a better (R-4) variety. I purchased it from 1798CentCollector at the EAC for $1000. PCGS did not grade it. They said altered surfaces. I personally do not see it, and neither did 1798CentCollector. I will offer this for $700, delivered, 7 day return.
