Do the NGCs trade for less than the PCGS examples?

I pay less for NGC, some will pay more but that is just me.I will need to see coin befor I pay any $$$$.

I'd say the $2000 you were asking for at coinfest seems about right for a full retail market. Maybe $1300-$1500 is you wanted to sell it quick.

Is the coin actually a 67? I've seen a bunch of NGC lincolns in 6 and 7 holders that look like total junk.

There was a PCGS MS67 RD example on ebay that went unsold for about $2500 several weeks ago.
