Just looking at the pics it appears to be brush marks on the obverse....

    Cleaned for sure. I would bid no more than 2-3 times silver value on that one (if that much)! I think Pruessen has or at least had a graded one for sale that he once offered me at a pretty reasonable price before I bought a PCGS MS64 that was such a great deal I couldn't refuse... I bought mine for 85 bucks, but that was a once in a life time deal! Cheap at twice the price! Look up Pruessen and see if he still has it for sale and pass on this one...

    I agree as well. The obverse field around 8 o'clock seems to have crosslatched hairlines. Otherwise, I like some of the toning. image

    They look like gouges to me. I think it's been chased in the fields in front of the bust. Worse than cleaning.
