Opinion on the grade? 1915 Mexico 2 Centavos

Picked-up this little guy when visiting my parents in Pittsburgh over Christmas. With little less than 500,000 mintage I wanted one in a nice condition for my small Mex. Decimals collection.

What do you think, everyone?

I also picked-up two 1934 5 Centavos in UNC with traces of red:

    wow... well done.

    I like them all...

The 1915 is likely a high end AU, but I would rather see it in hand because it COULD be MS

The two 1934 5 centavos are likely 64 perhaps 65 but I think fail with a RB designation... but don't be disappointed because they are very attractive.

  • Wow! They all look really great... AU58+ Then MS63 and MS62 Grading by photos, even the ones you take is hit or miss in my book! Nice purchases!

btw, do the two 1934's have this bluish color that is barely noticable on the pictures? I have this feeling they look great in hand

Thanks, Guys. I like going through the Darkside boxes at this particular dealer. She deals primarily in U.S. pieces with most World being either over or under priced (oddly, no happy medium). There are some bargains to be had, if you have the time to go through all of it. I've picked-up a few counterfeits from her in the past, marked as authentic (but cheap, thankfully). There are a couple of French copper pattern 5 Francs from the early 1800's that's been sitting in the display case for as long as I've been going there, since they're priced about 3x what the market value is. She's a very nice dealer, though and I try to give her my business every time I'm in town.

There are hints of blue. The pictures are not doing them justice - I should try again with the angled glass to bring-out the color.
  • They are absolutely beautiful!!!

Ok, so I completely re-did the lighting (actually, just used an Ikea floor lamp with a yellowish lampshade which worked-out great with custom white balance setting).

    Here are the reverses:
