While general conversation is no longer accepted here I just want to say high to some old friends and to tell them I'm working again [at the same place for over a year now] and am collecting again on a much smaller scale then I used to.
I did manage to save my icon coin plus my crusty [never dipped] 1865 seated quarter..

The President claims he didn't lie about taxes for those earning less then $250,000 a year with public mandated health insurance yet his own justice department has said they will use the right of the government to tax when the states appeals go to court.

<< <i>Welcome back, would love to see an image of your 1865 Quarter... >>
While I have yet to see an image of this coin that does full justice to the luster, the image used in either January or February of 2002 from a Heritage sale should still be on their website [a pcgs 65] that sold for 2300 including the buyers fee. You can tell the coin by the crusty edge toning near the left reverse rim. go ahead & post it if you like.
My opionion of this coin is it is undergraded as a 65 soley because of the reverse crusty looking toning.

Good to hear you are back and about. I remember you showing me some of your coins a while back while down at either the MOON show or Northwest show in Brooklyn Center. If I see you wondering the shows, I'll sat "Hi" to ya!
