Are these worth anything?

Hi,
I was just wondering if anyone could tell me if these are worth anything. My father, who passed away last Feb, left these to me and I don't know anything about them. He also collected much older stamps which I'll post later. Your help is much appreciated. Thanks!

The stamps are worth face value and can be used as postage. If you try to sell to a dealer, they will offer even less. The covers are worth between $0.25-0.50. The material is too modern to be worth a premium.

If it's modern and not an EFO it's postage.

They are full sheets. I wouldn't use a full sheet for postage(especially not well kept ones) . Plate blocks maybe but not full sheets. I think that some of them would go for higher on ebay. I personally like the woman' suffrage stamp and the Buffalo stamp the fact they have the matching first day cover is kinda cool too. JMO.
