2008 PCGS Services and Fees Letter

Got this yesterday but just got the mail today. I searched but I don't see that this has been posted. My apologies if this is a duplicate.
PCGS sent out their 2008 services and fees list (effective Jan 14). They made some big changes in response to that survey that they did.
The big changes are Variety Attrib is now $20 + Service Fee, Regrade with Comment is $20 + Service Fee, and Crossover with Grade and comment is also $20 + service fee.
Regular, Econ, Modern, Mint Error pricing didn't change.
Reholder is now $10.
I think PCGS might have missed the mark on this one. I realize they must charge more to provide the comment and I realize they want to keep things simple, but I would like the option to regrade and crossover *without* comment at the old price of $10! I don't ALWAYS need a comment PCGS! To be honest, I didn't really want to pay for it, I wish they could provide the comment without charging more. I don't need anything elaborate.
