That's not a clash, it's a die break. It's not common nor rare and it commands no premium.

That's not a clash, it's a die break. It's not common nor rare and it commands no premium. >>
Actually the reverse is clashed, you see it the strongest going through C(ent) to the wreath, (This is the forhead and nose of Liberty). You can probably see some of the chin/neck going through O(ne) and some of the feathers to the right of the (on)E and (cent)T. Clashing on IHC's is common.
As for the color, I do not believe it natural, sorry.
As for the grade, AU.

The extreme of your clash, coin c/o IrishMike. This coin commands some premium.
As for the coin, the grade, and do you like toning on business strike IH's....
I'll leave that up to more astute collectors to decide
