    could be just me but it appears to be a machine doubled example.

    I'm no lincoln expert either, but it looks like the real thing to me.

    The first one you posted is doubled die die-001 FS-025.5 as in Joeyuks link. Notice it's the later die state with the extra die chip in the 6 that the earlier states don't have. Good find in circ! image

    The other 2 coins posted below are not doubled die. image

  • Neither of the last two are small/large dates but they are nice rpms. The rpm in the small/large date has the rpm almost touching the 9.

  • i like them all. the first one is definetly a ddo. good call on that one. the 9 looks like machine doubling but its not. it has the split serifs and other diagnostic marks of a ddo. good thread.
